If your device is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer first. A warranty is only valid if the device, appliance, etc. has not been tampered with. David highly recommends getting a replacement before jumping straight into "opening up the tech and seeing what's going on.

Best Buy for the latest tech, games, and fast pickup for online orders
Amazon for the variety of products and 2-day shipping
Newegg for deals and bonus gifts of certain products
Walmart if you live near one and are looking for monitors.
