    If your device is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer first. A warranty is only valid if the device, appliance, etc. has not been tampered with. David highly recommends getting a replacement before jumping straight into "opening up the tech and seeing what's going on.
  • Recommendations for new computer parts?
    I recommend the following: Best Buy for the latest tech, games, and fast pickup for online orders Amazon for the variety of products and 2-day shipping Newegg for deals and bonus gifts of certain products Walmart if you live near one and are looking for monitors.
  • Why isn't there support for apple products?
    David has not worked with enough Apple and IOS devices to have the experience to regularly repair and diagnose them. Services for those devices will be available on the website when David had worked on more Apple devices.
  • What should I use if I want to fix my own devices?
