Task: Set up a SkyTrak golf simulator, a computer, and a projector
Location: Tipp City, Ohio
Time: 4 Hours
This was a new experience for both the client and myself since I had never even heard of a SkyTrak before, and my client wasn't sure how to set up the devices.
He had already set up the display and artificial grass before the job was scheduled, and the computer was ready to go, which saved time.
Now, this job did go without a couple hiccups along the way. First, the SkyTrak was purchased off Facebook Marketplace, and the seller did not mention that the current account (his) did not have any licensing and the SkyTrak device was a single-account device (meaning the device can only be used on one account at a time). This required us to contact him and get his account information to transfer the device to my client's new account and system. Luckily, within a few minutes of contacting the seller, we were able to get the information and get everything loaded into my client's account.
Once everything was set up and ready to go, I walked him through powering on/off the devices, what program to open, how to navigate the software, and explained how everything works.

I have not taken many pictures of my work, so bear with me. This was also taken on my phone, so I wasn't using a high-quality camera. The more jobs I do, the more I will consider getting a camera if it would prove useful.
